St Augustine's were very proud to host a visit by our European partners from Spain, Poland and Italy recently. Six children and 2 teachers from each country spent a busy and interesting week with us.
Our children showed them a very friendly welcome at a special assembly, and the older children took part in special workshops focused on the plight of refugees across the world, made up plays based on the Olympic values, and created their own "Magic Box" poems - in several different languages!
Well done everyone for a fantastic week!
Year 2 of the Project includes visits by our children to Italy and Poland respectively, so there is still lots to look forward to.
