Last Tuesday, 11th February, children from Year 4 had a real taste of working for the press when the were invited on a guided tour of the Dorset Echo office. As they are currently learning how to write newspaper articles they found the visit to be very useful. The tour included visiting different sections, being able to talk to staff and watching a front cover being printed.
Mrs Tonkin and the children from Year 4 would like to thank the team from the Dorset Echo for providing an informative guided tour and also for the goody bags they received at the end of the trip!
