Lego Day

13th July 2017

The whole school had a marvellous Lego day this week! Reception and Key stage 1 children created a 'Lego city' complete with a lake, fire station and roads.  They even made cars to travel along their city streets.

Key stage 2 children enjoyed the challenge of making their own battery powered Lego vehicles using lots of different components, and started to think about how the use of gears might help their vehicles move faster!

Many thanks to Dylan and Lewis in Year 5 for organising this event for everyone, and thanks to Julian (or 'Mr Lego' as he is called by the children!) for a super day!
