Charity News
During Lent and the Easter season, the children, led by our Mini Vinnies group, have been busy collecting pennies and other small coins to support the work of the Saint Vincent de Paul's student Sponsorship Scheme to send a child in India to school. On Friday 15th June, each class came to the hall to fill a giant marked out pencil with all their donations. We are delighted to report that we raised £117.48 and would like to thank all the children and their families for supporting this cause.

On Friday 29th June, to coincide with the Feast of St Peter and St. Paul, the children wore their own clothes and aimed to live like the saints for a week, to help support the WORK (Widows and Orphans in Rural Kenya) charity. The children donated money and raised £189.14. ( We thank the Mini Vinnies for their help in counting the money.)Thank you once again to all the families who kindly supported the wonderful work of this charity.
